Salty kitty
Zesty grapefruit meets the sweet and savoury notes of blackcurrant in this fruity and refreshing take on a martini cocktail.
Ingredients (5)
- 45ml Brookie’s Dry Gin
- 45ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Crushed lilly pilly leaves
- 1x bar spoon of Marionette Dry Cassis Liqueur
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.First, we garnish. Salt the rim of your glass by rubbing some freshly cut grapefruit along the rim then roll in salt. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a decent shake.

2.Double strain into a martini glass and you have yourself one Salty Kitty!
