Sparkling cocktail with iced strawberries
Ingredients (4)
- 8 strawberries
- 2 tbs chilled pomegranate juice or cranberry juice
- Top with chilled sparkling wine
- A frozen strawberry and pomegranate arils/seeds

1.Hull 8 strawberries and freeze. Pour 2 tbs chilled pomegranate juice or cranberry juice into each Champagne flute. Top with chilled sparkling wine. Add a frozen strawberry and pomegranate arils/seeds to each flute.
