Sweet chilli crab on cucumber
You only need four ingredients, including some good quality fresh crab meat, to get this canape ready to go.
Ingredients (4)
- 1/2 telegraph cucumber, strip-peeled
- 200g fresh crabmeat
- 1-2 tbs sweet chilli sauce, to taste
- 1 tbs coriander leaves, torn if large, plus extra small leaves to garnish
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Cut cucumber into 12 thick rounds. Lightly toss crab with chilli sauce and coriander. Season, then pile onto cucumber rounds. Garnish with extra coriander and serve.
