Ingredients (6)
- 3 tablespoons tamarind concentrate
- 60ml (1/4 cup) seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 80ml (1/3 cup) Thai fish sauce
- 1/4 cup grated palm sugar
- 60ml (1/4 cup) lime juice
- 3 red chillies, seeded, finely chopped
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Secure the lid and shake well until combined and the sugar has dissolved. It will keep refrigerated for 1 week.
