Ingredients (7)
- 95g (3 1/4 oz/ 1/3 cup) cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 80g (2 3/4 oz) frozen mango
- 10g (1/4 oz) macadamia nuts
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3-4 ice cubes
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place all of the ingredients in a blender with 170 ml (5 1/2 fl oz/ 2/3 cup) water and blitz on high until smooth (add a little more water if the smoothie is too thick).
