Ingredients (7)
- 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 30 g (1 oz) vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place all of the ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender and blitz on high until smooth.

2.Pour into a glass and stir through the chia seeds to serve.
