Salted caramel smoothie

Ingredients (7)

  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 30 g (1 oz) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Method

  • 1.
    Place all of the ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender and blitz on high until smooth.
  • 2.
    Pour into a glass and stir through the chia seeds to serve.
