Triple choc cookie dulce de leche ice-cream sandwiches
Everything about the title of the recipes screams heavenly.
Ingredients (12)
- 2/3 cup (160g) brown sugar
- 2/3 cup (150g) caster sugar
- 1 1/3 cup (200g) self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup (100g) plain flour
- 2 tbs cocoa
- 200g butter, melted
- 1 egg
- ½ cup (100g) CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Melts
- ½ cup (110g) CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate Melts
- ½ cup (110g) CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Melts
Dulce de leche ice cream
- 2 litres vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1½ cups (200g) dulce de leche
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Preheat oven to 180. Grease and line 3 baking trays with baking paper. For the cookies place all ingredients in a bowl, use hands to mix and combine.

2.Roll 2 tbs dough into balls and place on lined baking trays. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes until chilled, bake for 20 minutes or until a crust has formed. Set aside to cool, spread with dulce de leche then spoon ice-cream into cookies to make sandwiches.
