Vegan mango lassi
The perfect creamy, cool-down treat in spring and summer.
Ingredients (6)
- 4 large ripe mangos, peeled, chopped
- 1 cup (280g) coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 cup (125ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom, plus extra to serve
- Ground turmeric
- lime wedges
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place all ingredients and 1/2 cup (125ml) iced water in a blender and whiz until smooth. Divide among serving glasses and scatter with extra cardamom and turmeric. Serve with lime wedges
