Ingredients (6)

  • 4 large ripe mangos, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup (280g) coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom, plus extra to serve
  • Ground turmeric
  • lime wedges

Method

  • 1.
    Place all ingredients and 1/2 cup (125ml) iced water in a blender and whiz until smooth. Divide among serving glasses and scatter with extra cardamom and turmeric. Serve with lime wedges
