Sticky vinegar chorizo with feta

Ingredients (5)
- 2 cured chorizo, cut diagonally into 5mm-thick slices
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sherry vinegar
- 100g Greek barrel-aged feta
- Crusty sourdough, sliced, to serve

1.Place chorizo in a cold frypan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring frequently, for 3-5 minutes, until starting to colour. Add sugar and vinegar and cook, stirring, for a further 3-5 minutes, until vinegar is reduced and sticky. Transfer chorizo to a serving bowl and crumble over feta. Serve with sourdough.
