Get ready to take your next in-flight dinner to new heights. Qantas has today announced the rollout of its 2024 winter menu, featuring seasonal dishes created by creative director of food, beverage and service, Neil Perry and a revamped spirits selection showcasing Australian distillers.
For passengers travelling internationally in first, business, and premium economy cabins, the new standard gin on pour will be the Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, giving you a familiar taste of home at 30,000 feet.

First-class and lounge customers will now enjoy a quarterly rotation of independent Australian gins including Brookies, Beachtree ‘Quokka’ Gin, Applewood and the Australian Distilling Co ‘Bondi’ Gin. For whisky lovers, Lark Distillery will debut in first class, and Melbourne’s acclaimed Starward Nova will be available in domestic business class.
Perry has also revealed the elegant new food offerings, which include prawn and kimchi dumplings with marinated cucumbers; crudités with wattleseed and beetroot dip, native greens and feta; and coconut sticky rice pudding with mango, sesame and toasted coconut.
The new Qantas lounge menu is pretty impressive too. Hunan-style snapper with pickled chillies; duck ragu with polenta and agrodolce; and roasted pear with gingerbread, pecans and yoghurt sorbet will all feature.

This is the second big overhaul for Qantas’ in-flight menus in as many months. The airline changed up its economy menu in May to include more hot foods and fewer snacks. The domestic economy menu now has gourmet breakfast burgers, Mediterranean pizza, and moreish cauliflower bites on flights of more than two hours.
The new winter menu will rollout in coming weeks. For more details head to the Qantas website.
