As many of us emerge from enforced semi-hibernation – not to mention a seemingly endless extended sabbatical from overseas travel – here in Australia, a tropical beach vacation is undoubtedly top of mind for many people.
But why limit oneself to just one perfect beach, when one could be experiencing a new stretch of pristine, undiscovered sand every day for a week? Why, indeed.
Travellers can discover a new secret Thai beach every day for a week with the luxurious new package from one of Thailand’s most luxurious eco resorts, Soneva Kiri.

Set within a lush tropical rainforest on the unspoiled island of Koh Kood, Soneva Kiri is lucky enough to play host to some of the most exquisite beaches in Thailand. And the property’s newest one-of-a-kind experience Seven Days, Seven Beaches, puts those idyllic stretches of sand front-and-centre for the very first time.

Seven Days, Seven Beaches* offers guests of the resort a chance to explore a different unspoiled tropical beach every day for a week.

The experience sets sail each day from the resort in a traditional wooden fishing boat, taking in hidden bays and secluded coves far from the usual tourist trail.
After dropping anchor, the boat transforms into a private beach club, complete with cushioned top deck, bean bags for lounging and a private chef. There’s even kayaks and paddleboards on hand for those keen to take a closer look.

At dusk, each evening, the boat returns to the resort where guests can enjoy the sunset before retiring.
The new experience comes as Thailand begins working towards a reopening date of November 1. The Thai government announced this week that fully vaccinated travelers coming from one of 46 low-risk countries and territories – including Australia, Canada, China, France, Japan, Singapore, the UK and the US – will be eligible to visit without quarantining.

All international travellers must provide proof of an insurance policy that covers treatment for COVID-19 up to a cost of $50,000 and present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of departure.
In line with Thailand’s new regulations, Soneva Kiri requires that all guests (both fully vaccinated or partially vaccinated) present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, obtained within 72 hours of arrival at the resort.
