There’s even a new cellar door space to explore, where the hotel will showcase its estate Willow Creek Vineyard wines.

Foodie fave Doot Doot Doot will also reopen for dinner, seven days, to hotel guests only. Rare Hare will open seven days for lunch; and for dinner Friday-Sunday nights (open to the public).

And in case you need another reason to visit this picturesque region just one hour from Melbourne, there’s also over 50 cellar doors and restaurants situated in the rolling hills around the hotel’s own 11-hectare vineyard.
Rooms start from $650 midweek and include daily breakfast, minibar, Wi-Fi, and on-demand movies/popcorn.

There’s also an extended stay package, for those who’d like to stay a little longer. Pricing starts from $2,600 per stay, for a 38sqm Terrace Room and those staying four-nights or more will receive a bonus $250 hotel credit to be used across the property. Or if you’re intending to stay longer than seven nights, there’s a hotel credit of $500.
