Always wanted access to the Qantas lounge but never gained the status points to get you in? Well, that’s all about to change. Qantas has just announced its Qantas Club Flexible membership option which will allow customers to pay for 28-day access to its 30 Qantas branded lounges and allow you to fill up on bite-sized danishes, continental breakfast and unlimited bubbles pre-flight. 

From today, passengers flying on Qantas will be able to purchase the new subscription online. This new program means Qantas customers can access the lounges on an ad hoc basis no matter what frequent flyer level they are. 

The 28-day rolling membership can be cancelled at any time up until three days prior to renewal (with benefits remaining till the end of that cycle) and provides members with access to its 30 Qantas Club, Qantas Domestic and Qantas International Business lounges in Australia and around the world.

So what will access to the lounge cost you? A Qantas Club Flexible Membership will cost $99 and be valid for 28 days. There is a one-off joining fee of $129. A one, two or four year Qantas Club Membership starts from $699 and also requires customers to pay a one-off joining fee of $129. 

The Qantas Club Membership also includes access to partner and associated lounges, allows you to invite a guest each time you visit a Qantas lounge, additional checked baggage allowance and gives you the option to purchase an Annual Guest Card to bring an extra guest.
