And yes, all of their cakes really are this beautiful.
Is it cake? Well, kind of! Melbourne dessert artist Le Yeahllow has thrown convention to the wayside and created a hyper-realistic ‘Not Cross Bun’ cake for Easter.
The Hot Cross Cake features a moist centre of hot cross bun sponge, dotted with juicy raisins, Valrhona chocolate chips, and a smooth cremeux. Each piece is topped with layers of whipped allspice and white chocolate ganache and a crackable sugar glaze.

Available as a singular ‘bun’ or in a larger slab of six, nine, 16, or 24, the Hot Cross Cakes are a surreal alternative to the traditional Easter bun.
A little less Easter-related but infinitely more adorable is Le Yeahllow’s Quack Quack Duck Adventure cake. Made with chocolate brownie sponge, a crisp chocolate streusel and a smooth chocolate mousse, the cake is balanced with tangy passionfruit curd and playful fondant ducks swimming on a mango glaze pond.
So. Cute.
