The casual fine-diner is open seven days and offers over 50 dishes to suit even your picky eating mates.
Eleven Barrack is the latest venue by The Bentley Restaurant Group, headed up by hospitality veterans Nick Hildebrandt and Brent Savage.
Located in a heritage building at 11 Barrack Street in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, the restaurant brings a fresh and exciting dining experience to the city.
“We’re excited to open Eleven Barrack in what Brent and I think is one of the most beautiful buildings in Sydney,” Hildebrandt says. “We believe the dining room has a grandeur rarely seen in Sydney – it reminds us of some of the great dining rooms throughout Europe.”

The venue offers plenty of seating options, with 100 seats in the main dining room, 40 seats at the bar, 50 seats on the building’s outdoor veranda overlooking Barrack Street, plus a more intimate 18-seat private dining room for extra special occasions.
Designed by long-time collaborator Pascale Gomes-McNabb alongside Chris Grinham from H&E Architects, Eleven Barrack combines modern design with classic elegance. The space is sophisticated yet comfortable, offering a welcoming atmosphere for both casual diners and those looking for a more upscale experience. On the food front, Savage says they have created a menu for everyone.
“We really want it to be refined yet approachable,” he says. “We’re showcasing some of Australia’s best seafood and cuts of beef, cooked in our grand Marrone kitchen.”

The Eleven Barrack menu is big. Like, really big. It has more than 50 dishes to choose from across every course. Expect a variety of starters, salads, pasta and main courses, along with larger shared plates. Some of the standout dishes will include a king prawn bun with shellfish rouille, crispy flathead goujons with tartare sauce and a rich lobster and leek terrine with chives and Champagne butter. For steak lovers, there will also be a selection of beef cuts cooked to perfection on the grill.
