Meghan Markle is finally making her grand return to the silver screen. It’s only January 3 and the Duchess is putting her mark on 2025. On New Years’ Day  Meghan returned to social media by relaunching her Instagram and just this morning she posted the first trailer to her Netflix lifestyle and cooking show With Love, Meghan.

Loyal Meghan fans have waited with baited breath for her show to air on Netflix. News dropped that a cooking series hosted by the Duchess was in the works in April 2024. Since then, apart from a carefully curated food hamper that was gifted to her famous friends, very little has been revealed about the show. 

“I have been excited to share this with you!” the Duchess said on her Instagram post announcing the trailer. “I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year!” 

If you’re curious as to what kind of celebrity cooking show this will be, think along the lines of Selena + Chef. Meghan has been working with Leah Hamilton, the show runner for Selena Gomez’s cooking show. In the trailer Meghan can be seen donning an apron in the kitchen and cooking for well-known celebrity friends, like Mindy Kaling. The show is filmed in Meghan’s stunningly curated Montecito home where she lives with Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. 

“I’ve always believed in taking something ordinary and elevating it, and surprising people with moments to let them know I was thinking about them,” Meghan says in the trailer. “I’m going to share some little tips and tricks.” 

The Duchess doesn’t claim to be an expert though, as she states “We’re not in the pursuit of perfection, we’re in the pursuit of joy. Love is in the details.” With Love, Meghan will feature cameos by LA-based chef Roy Choi, restaurateur and cookbook author Alice Waters and other notable names in the culinary world, to help Meghan on her cooking journey. 

Brew a pot of English Breakfast and get ready to sip tea while watching With Love, Meghan on January 15 on Netflix.

Meghan Markle’s lifestyle and cooking show, With Love, Meghan will air worldwide on Netflix on January 15, 2025. In Australia, that usually means the show will drop in the late afternoon, which is midnight US time.
