On the hotel’s 36th-floor Altitude restaurant, the ‘Punk Princess of Pastry’ curated a special menu to mark the occasion – handing out aprons and asking guests to smash up their desserts. With a DJ on the decks and a delicious array of snacks served throughout the evening, diners were treated to Anna’s incredible talents in true delicious. style. And, a selection of sparkling wines from Chandon were the perfect pairing to the inventive treats.
