Meet the Aperoni – a negroni made with Aperol in place of Campari.
Ingredients (5)
- Ice
- 25ml gin
- 25ml dry vermouth
- 25ml Aperol aperitivo
- Orange wedge, to garnish (optional)

1.Fill a chilled cocktail jug with ice. Add gin, vermouth and Aperol. Stir to combine and chill.

2.Fill a chilled lowball glass with ice and strain cocktail into the glass. Garnish with an orange wedge, if you like, and serve.
