Passionfruit mojito
Shake up Friday drinks with this tropical passionfruit twist on the classic mojito. Use a good-quality white rum for your base.
Ingredients (8)
- 60ml white rum
- 30ml lime juice
- 1 tbs coconut sugar
- 3 small mint sprigs
- 1 large passionfruit (pulp, seeds and juice)
- Crushed ice
- Soda water
- Lime wedges, to garnish

1.Muddle rum, lime juice, sugar, mint and passionfruit together in a chilled Collins glass.
