Good news for people in London, bad news for literally everyone else. A food truck serving The Bear-inspired dishes is hitting the streets of London to celebrate the launch of season 3 on Disney+.

If you’ve found yourself (understandably) craving just about anything you’ve seen cooked on The Bear, we’re here to make it much, much worse.

In collaboration with UK-based food platform, Mob, The Bear food truck will be slinging a bunch of dishes like a cheese and onion hash brown; a blend of Sydney’s Boursin omelette and the breakfast sandwich she orders on her mandated day of tastings; and a 12-spice fried chicken with garlic Kewpie mayonnaise reminiscent of Marcus’ lunch in Copenhagen.

Also on the menu is beef – duh – by way of a sweet and savoury beef cheek doughnut, again inspired by a doughnut-obsessed Marcus. This version is braised beef cheeks, bone marrow, and cheddar cheese in a sugar-dusted bun.

Not to poke the bear, but yes, there is a pork dish of glazed pork belly skewers, made of pork floss topped with chicharron and spring onion – harking back to the stressful pork delivery that nearly sent Carmy over the edge during the season two finale.
