One&Only One Za’abeel is bound to leave you star struck.

Dubai is having a moment. After the very glamorous and star-studded opening of Atlantis, The Royal, earlier this year we are already being treated to another new hotel, dining and lifestyle destination, One Za’abeel.

Slated to open late 2023 and located between Old and New Dubai, the impressive building will be home to an architectural feat, the world’s longest cantilevered (a beam anchored at only one end) building, called The Link. The panoramic concourse will be 220 metres long, 100 metres above ground and connect the two towers that make up One Za’abeel.

One Za’abeel is set to become the culinary epicentre of the city. It will be home to the first vertical urban One&Only resort. The ultra-luxury hotel will boast 29 Michelin stars between the world-renowned chefs at the helm of the 11 new restaurants set to open – the most Michelin stars ever under the one roof. There will be four celebrity-chef-led restaurants located within The Link itself with the rest spread across the 2,500sqm within the resort.

One&Only One Za’abeel has called in some of the finest chefs from around the world to lead its restaurants. From France, Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated Michelin-starred female chef in the world, will head French restaurant La Dame de Pic.

One of Madrid’s most unconventional chefs will be behind the international street food eatery, StreetXO.

And one Michelin-starred chef Mehmet Gürs will serve cuisines of the Levant and Arabian Peninsula at Arrazuna.

If that isn’t enough to get you on a plane to Dubai, sitting directly above The Link will be Tapasake, which will serve Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and cocktails to cabanas that sit next to the UAE’s longest infinity pool, which can be found on the 25th floor.
