The Nobu brand always delivers on luxury.
Say hello to Marrakech’s shiny new addition: Nobu Hotel. The luxurious brand’s first venture into Africa has not shied away from opulence. There are no rooms here. Nobu Hotel Marrakech is an all-suite property and is part of the illustrious Small Luxury Hotels of the World catalogue. There’s 71 of them to be exact and they sit within a stunning building in the city’s cultural heart, the Hivernage district. Rich heritage, exotic souks and the vibrant Djemaa el-Fna are all at the hotel’s doorstep.

Of course, there’s a Nobu Restaurant and Bar onsite that will serve up modern Japanese cuisine that the brand is synonymous with. Signature dishes like the Black cod miso and Yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno are featured on the menu alongside new dishes created by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, using locally sourced flavours and ingredients. The restaurant will have its own private entrance, DJ desk and poolside terrace. Chic!

Speaking of pools The Rooftop will be centred around a distinctive circular pool and boast 360 views of the city including the old city walls surrounding the Medina district. The Rooftop restaurant will feature a Nobu sushi bar, and daily selection of seasonal Moroccan and Mediterranean dishes.

Nobu Hotel Marrakech will also be home to the most expensive Nobu Hotel spa that exists. The Pearl Spa is a sprawling 2,000sqm and will have you feeling zen in a heartbeat. What helps you to relax? A swim in a heated indoor swimming pool? They’ve got one. Soaking in a jacuzzi? Releasing toxins in a steam bath, hammam or sauna? Check, check, check. There’s also a VIP spa suit, gym and beauty and hair salon. Need we say more?
