Upgrade your cocktail hour at home with this super premium ice, now available on Uber Eats

Bare Bones Ice: Claire Mueller

It's the same crystal-clear cubes used at Icebergs, Firedoor, Saint Peter, Clam Bar, Mimi's and more.

Alright, cocktail nerds! This one’s for you!

Bare Bones ice is now available on Uber Eats, so the party doesn’t have to stop just because your housemate forgot to fill up the ice tray.

Available in varieties ranging from old-fashioned blocks and 2 kilogram bags of cubed ice to crushed and clear off-cuts, the slow-melt ice is the brainchild of French-born bartender Damien Liot who has been the secret ingredient to some of Sydney’s best cocktails since 2017.
